Residential & Commercial Demolition • San Diego County
Kitchens, bathrooms, offices, decks, sheds, and concrete. We take it apart, carry it out, and haul every piece away in one visit, so you are not chasing a second crew to clear the mess.
5.0 on GoogleDemo & Haul Together
Most demolition outfits take it apart and leave. Then you are on the phone finding someone to haul the pile, and the next trade cannot start until they show up. We started as a hauling company, so for us the debris was never an afterthought.
We come in, take out what is coming out, load it straight into the trailer, and leave the space swept and ready. One contractor, one price, one day where a lot of projects lose three.
Demolition Services
Residential and commercial, inside and out. If what you need is not listed here, ask, because it is usually still a yes.
California Licensed
Junk Away We Go Demolition Inc. is a licensed California demolition contractor and is insured. In California, any job over $500 in labour and materials legally requires a licensed contractor, and you are entitled to check ours before you hire us.
How It Works
We look at what is coming out and flag anything structural, permitted, or worth testing before we start.
One price covering the demolition, the debris, and the disposal. Booked around your other trades.
Protection down, work contained, everything hauled out, and the space handed back clear.
Our Work
A few recent demolition and clearing jobs across San Diego County.
Why Junk Away We Go
CSLB #1128050, held in the company name, with a COI whenever you need one.
No pile in the driveway and no second company to book.
We take out only what is coming out, and protect what is staying.
Demolition, hauling, and disposal in a single number, agreed up front.
Metal, clean wood, and concrete are separated out rather than all landfilled.
Open 7 days, so a weekend tear-out does not hold up a Monday start.
FAQ
Yes. Junk Away We Go Demolition Inc. holds California CSLB licence number 1128050 for demolition, and we are insured. You can verify the licence yourself on the CSLB website, and we will provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Not on our own. We remove non-load-bearing walls all day, but anything structural needs an engineer's drawings and a permit first. If that is what your project needs, we will tell you at the walkthrough rather than partway through the job.
Interior tear-outs like cabinets, flooring, and drywall usually do not. Structural changes, exterior demolition, and some concrete and retaining wall work usually do. We will tell you which side your job falls on, though the permit itself is pulled by the owner or the general contractor.
Yes, and that is the main reason people call us rather than a demo-only crew. The tear-out and the hauling happen in the same visit, so you are not left with a pile in the driveway or booking a second company.
We do not touch either. Older homes in San Diego County can have asbestos in flooring, mastic, popcorn ceilings, and pipe wrap, and it legally requires a licensed abatement contractor. If we suspect it, we stop and tell you. Once it has been cleared, we are happy to come back and finish.
Less than you would think. We protect floors and doorways on the route out, contain the work area where we can, and sweep before we leave. Demolition is dusty by nature, but the house should not look like a job site once we have gone.
Areas We Serve
We take demolition work right across San Diego County and the surrounding areas, and we are glad to travel farther for larger jobs. If you do not see your city listed, just ask.
